On arrival at Abeid Amani Karume International Airport, you are welcomed by our representative and transferred to New Amaan Hotel in Stone Town. The hotel offers incredible rooms with air-conditioning, private bathrooms, and city views. Each room includes a work desk, mini-bar, and free Wi-Fi.
After a short briefing about the days ahead, you have the remainder of the day at leisure. A morning arrival allows more time to settle in, relax by the property’s lounge areas, or step outside for a casual stroll through the narrow streets and waterfront close to the hotel.

Today after breakfast, your guide leads you through Stone Town’s maze-like streets, where carved doors, lively bazaars, and crumbling Omani-era buildings reveal centuries of layered history. After breakfast, we travel from Stone Town to Paje on the southeast coast of Zanzibar, a village known for its wide sandy beaches and clear shallow waters. We stop for lunch at The Rock Restaurant, built on a rock formation in the Indian Ocean. The restaurant is reached by foot during low tide or by boat at high tide. It is renowned for fresh seafood, with dishes prepared using local ingredients and spices. The setting allows for uninterrupted views of the ocean, making the meal an experience in itself.
After lunch, we then continue to Paje and check in at Amani Boutique Hotel. The hotel sits directly on the beach and offers a quiet, private atmosphere. Its pool, lounge areas, and direct beach access create space for relaxation and observation of the coastline. In the evening, you enjoy dinner at the hotel, rounding off the day with time to unwind by the beach or hotel’s pool.
